Moving Day

Just want to let everybody know that I have everything all set for next Saturday, the 16th. I have rented a 17 foot U-Haul and Paulie is bring his dolly. So far, the weather looks to be cooperating fully! I have reserved the truck for 7 a.m., in hopes that we can start pretty much as soon as it's light out. Let me know what you all think. I am providing pizza, coffee, cocoa, etc... I very much appreciate everyone's help. FYI, my home phone is being disconnected at Jordan on Friday early morning and set up at Marilou betwee 8 a.m. and noon that same day. Update on Mikey's Progress

Hi Everyone!! Today is day 3 since his surgery and he is feeling MUCH better today. He stopped taking the pain meds today and is working with Ibuprofen, which seems to be working well too. The ibuprofen should help with the swelling and he's been putting frozen peas on his eyes too :-)Today is my last day off to take care of him. If anyone would like to stop by, please don't be shy! He has already said he will be up for company and games! The kitty won't go near him unfortunately because he looks "different", so she's not much company for him. Please stop by or give him a call. If you aren't sure, call my cell and I can let you know how he is feeling that day. Just an FYI - his face is really swollen and black and blue, so don't be alarmed. He's feeling much better and should be as good as new in 2 weeks!

Just wanted to let you all know that Mikes surgery went very well Tuesday. He is very sore and swollen. For those of you who may not have known, Mike broke his nose a few years back and has had problems breathing and so forth. He will be out of work for awhile.

Hi everyone!! Hope you are all as excited as I am for the holidays and seeing everyone.
Appetizers will start at 5:30 dinner will be stuffed shells, meatballs and sausage, salad and Italian bread/rolls. This will not be a sit down it will be a grazing station through out the night. Hi all... Just wanted to let you know that I officially gave my current landlord notice that I will be moving out January 16th! I am so very fortunate to have found a MUCH nicer place with room to, well live! ha ha ha

I'll be renting a truck for the 16th, with the hopes that I will have moved out lots of little stuff by then and be as packed up and ready to move as I can. Anyone that can help, I would be eternally grateful and will be providing food/drinks once we've finished. Anyone having access to boxes, any kind, any size, I will gladly accept them!

Once we're all settled in the house and it's presentable, we will be having a house warming party to celebrate the fact that we can now have people over and breathe at the same time....lol

The new address is 20 Marilou Drive. It runs between Chili Ave and Brooks Ave. Hope to see you there!
