Today's Teaser....
A murder was committed. The court acted largely on the evidence of the one eyewitness, and the murder was apprehended and brought to trial. The jury brought in a verdict of "Guilty," but recommended extreme clemency. The judge dismissed the case and the murder went free. How come?
