Col. A = the numbers of letters in the States names, starting from the least to the greatest... and col. B has stummped me...

Column A: Each state name has one letter more than the state above it.
Column B: The last letter in the first state's name is the first letter in the second state's name, and the last letter in the second state's name is the first letter in the third state's name, and so on.
col b was hard. but i got one right!
