Can we make a small change in time
Can we make it for 5pm at Moms as Lisa has plans and she changed them so that she could make it at 5pm. Also could someone be in charge of bringing some soda as we can't have beer or anything in Moms community room. I have to work so who would like to be in charge of ordering Pizza?
Today's Logic Lesson.......
On a shelf in the library, there is a 3 book set of almanacs labeled volume 1, volume 2 and volume 3. Each book is 2 1/2 inches thick, the pages being 2 inches thick and each cover is 1/4 inch thick. A bookworm starts eating it's way from the 1st page of volume 1 and stops at the last page of volume 3. How far did the bookworm travel?

Regarding Audreys Xmas Present
Would it work if we all got together at Moms apartment next Sunday say aound 430 pm. That way she has it before her surgery and maybe more people could join us. I also thought that maybe we could do a pizza there as you all know how much she loves pizza.
Let me know what your toughts are on this.

AUDREY'S CHRISTMAS GIFT IDEA
Well all, we have news on the gift for Audrey Jane. The Tunas purchased a 32' Sanyo HD flat screen television today at BJ's for $382 total. Assuming that we have 8 groups/families to donate, that comes to $47.75/family. Now, for the fun part! She could really use this set up sooner than later since her television is on the blink. I can pick up the receiver from Time Warner this week. Her surgery is next week and she'll be staying with Sam and I Tuesday and Wednesday ( oh joy ) lol..... Perhaps we can set it up and hook up the receiver so that when I drop her back off Wednesday evening ( providing all is well with her ), we can all be there to watch the expression on her face. Remember, though, that this day is subject to change, unfortunately. It all depends on how well she tolerates the procedure on Wednesday since that day is the one where they will put her under anesthesia completely. I'm putting the feelers out there so that if anyone has a better suggestion we can put it on the table. Feedback please.....

A Turkey Day Divorce.....
Thanksgiving Divorce
A man inPhoenix calls his son in New York the day before Thanksgiving and says,"I hate to ruin your day, but I have to tell you that your mother and I are divorcing; forty-five years of misery is enough.
"Pop, what are you talking about?" the son screams. We can't stand the sight of each other any longer," the father says. "We're sick of each other, and I'm sick of talking about this, so you call your sister inChicago and tell her."
Frantic, the son calls his sister, who explodes on the phone. "Like heck they're getting divorced," she shouts, "I'll take care of this,"
She callsPhoenix immediately, and screams at her father, "You are NOT getting divorced. Don't do a single thing until I get there. I'm calling my brother back, and we'll both be there tomorrow. Until then, don't do a thing, DO YOU HEAR ME?" and hangs up.
The old man hangs up his phone and turns to his wife. "Okay," he says, "they're coming for Thanksgiving and paying their own way."

sundays riddle
You will know that I am coming
From the jingle of my bell,
But exactly who I am is not an easy thing to tell.
Children, they adore me
for they find me jolly,
but I do not see them when the halls are decked with holly.
My job often leaves me frozen,
I am a man that all should know,
But I do not do business in times of sleet or ice or snow.
I travel much on business,
But no reindeer haul me around,
I do all my traveling firmly on the ground.
I love the time of Christmas,
But that's not my vocational season,
And I assure that is because of a sound economic reason.

Magic
There was this magician who was playing some smart tricks on the road side. One boy went to him and the man said to the boy, "I will just touch your forehead and write your actual name on this paper. If I am wrong then I will give you some of my magic stuffs, otherwise you have to give me $50." The boy agreed as he thought that no matter what name he writes, he will deny it. At the end, the boy was the one who lost the bet. How?
