There have been MULTIPLE hacks in the news most recently. Too many to name, however I have some advice for those who wish to be proactive;
1. Stop using Internet Explorer...all versions have been affected. I would suggest either FireFox or Google Chrome. I have been using Chrome now for over 5 years and it has proven to be much more secure and less prone to hacks.
2. Change your passwords for the following sites;
Airbnb
Google, YouTube and Gmail
Facebook, Instagram
Netflix
OKCupid
Pinterest
Wikipedia
Yahoo, Yahoo Mail, Tumblr, Flickr
I would also suggest any financial sites you use as well, either banking and or sites that you have made internet purchases.
