Mom just called me this morning, sounding chipper and perky! She signed her paperwork for her release for Monday morning @ 10 am. She is walking alone to the restroom and only needs assistance in the middle of the night now. What a champion! Just thought I'd update everyone.

Grandma update....

Just left her, and she is doing very well! So well that tomorrow she is heading over to the rehab center for the next 4-5 days!

New day, New Grama!!!!

Saw Grama tonight. She feels pretty good. Not eating too much today, but they said that is not unusual. She started Physical Therapy today and really doesn't have any pain. They told her there she may have some tomorrow. I will be her coach at her 9am Physical Therapy session tomorrow. I will let you know how she is by posting again on the family blog. She is contemplating staying for the rehab portion.

Grandma's Knee surgery update......

Gram had surgery at 10am this morning. The Doctor said she did very well.
She is now in her own room at Unity Hospital #3219. Ph# 723-7636
Visiting hours are form 11am-8pm. Still a little groggy but so far so good!
